  1. Why did my order or credit card charge fail? To ensure your order does not fail, make certain your billing address is exactly how it appears on your credit card billing statement.

  2. The order or charge to my credit card failed, why was the card still charged? If your order is canceled or the charge fails but your card is still charged, your card will be refunded within a few business days. You may try a different card to complete your order.
